We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Outlet Manager to lead our team and manage our flagship store.
Job Summary:
The Retail Outlet Manager will oversee the daily operations of our 11,000 square feet retail store. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can ensure efficient store operations, provide excellent customer service, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a large team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintenance.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales associates, ensuring high levels of productivity and morale.
• Customer Service: Ensure a superior customer experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
• Financial Management: Manage the store's budget, control expenses, and ensure profitability.
Compliance: Ensure the store complies with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze store performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives as needed.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store layout and displays are attractive and align with the company’s brand and standards.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor Degree in Business administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing a large retail space.
· Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in retail management software.
· Attributes: Highly organized, customer-focused, and results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
