This role focuses on ideating and executing integrated marketing projects to drive brand awareness and acquisition. Make Change Request Specifications and submit them to the Business User for approval.

You will be responsible for:

• Supervise, drive, and grow the recruiting team
• Improve on current process and implementing new business processes and procedures
• Monitor various recruiting metrics, costs analysis, effectiveness of sales to provide reports to the management
• Recommend and execute action plans to improve the employer brand
• Coordinate with various departments to forecast future hiring needs
• Building up the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Other ad-hoc duties may apply

Requirements

• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience (Preferably in the Recruitment Staffing industry)
• Proven work experience in Managerial / Supervisory level
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and use of data to advice on key business insights

Responsibilities:

• Handling full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, employee relations, employee retention and employee engagement;
• Work closely with the HR Director to inform and progress the HR service delivery and strategy;

• Compile all data needed for the monthly HR reports, annual salary review, annual performance appraisal analysis and annual group insurance policy renewal;
• Conduct benchmarking and develop job evaluation methods to inform compensation and benefits strategies;
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in handling all-rounded Human Resources / HRBP functions of which 3 years are in managerial grade; familiar with the Financial Industry / Family Office / Asset Management Company / Chinese Company is preferable;
• Possess excellent knowledge of Singapore Employment Ordinance and other related statutory regulations;
• Excellent communication, influencing and coaching skills;
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong excel skills essential - VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot tables etc;
• Logical thinker with the ability to create solutions to problems;
• Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and interact well in a multi-cultural work environment;
• Well organized, detail oriented and able to handle multi-tasks;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is required;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
