As a Technical Business Development Manager, you will be responsible to bring a significant added-value to the Oral Care market through driven business objectives, regional strategies, and strongly connect with RCB to ensure OC portfolio is promoted a driver of differentiation and well connected to our client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop long-term profitable and sustainable business with the largest companies in the region
· Conduct technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
· Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
· Develop SEA, AMET, India Oral Care business strategy and plans to meet our growth targets
· Work closely with RCB teams on technical trainings, promotional kits and sharing to elevate their knowledge in the category
· Perform competitive analysis
· Identify new opportunities to increase market share
· Contribute to validate the requirements for the identification and selection of new technologies/solutions/flavor collections
· Drives oral care development projects together with all internal partners proactively
· Continuously improve & re-invent “best in class” collaboration model

You bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business or equivalent
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development, category management or commercial role
· Drive for results, with competitive mindset
· Self-motivated team player
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to define business opportunities, set priorities and translate tactics/strategy into actions
· Proactive approach, able to develop business ‘from scratch’
· Availability to travel
