• Develop relevant and effective (global/local) Tiger® Global innovation projects partnering Opco’s to build and execute strong Tiger innovation roadmaps, delivering sustainable market share, penetration, profit and brand equity growth.​
• Develop relevant and effective (global/local) Tiger® Global Partnerships to build strong Tiger Experiential platforms that bring to life the Tiger Brand that can be partnered with OpCo’s to drive the Tiger brand in key markets.​
• Lead the Tiger Brand Design roadmap ensuring MWB 2 – Build Iconic Identity is well planned. Sign off and approve all Local market promotional designs. ​
• Lead the design agencies for Tiger and ensure Tiger Brand Book is implemented in all OpCo’s. ​

• Experience interacting with and presenting to senior executives from different cultures around the world ​

Regional Senior / HR Manager

· Manage the full spectrum of HR management functions (manpower planning, recruitment, on­boarding, training & development, policies review) for Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan offices

• Responsible for formulating, implementing and evaluating all HR policies, systems initiatives and procedures relating to human resource requirements of the organization in the country and region.
• Partner with senior management to harness a work culture of camaraderie, respect, discipline and create a sense of belonging among employees and implement innovation human capital programs that support respective team.
• Responsible to drive the development and implementation of the HR Business Partnering in alignment with organization’s needs.
• Collects, consolidates and analysis local and regional HR work for overall manpower planning.
• Work in collaboration with business team to identify training needs, recommends, develop training plan for employee’s development.
• Review and improve the compensation policy to the specific situations of each office (example: Drives incentive schemes and improves existing).
• Conduct salary surveys and benchmarks competitiveness of compensation and benefits in the region, develop and review salary structure.
• Provides guidance, timeline and coordinates the roll-out of Annual Performance Review exercise.
• Provide consultation and advice to management on HR issues.
• Collects employee opinions and acts as bridge of communication between management and employees.
• Support HR team executes company activities such as team building activities, in house bonding projects.

Talent Acquisition

• Develop, implement, maintain strategies and processes to meet current and future business hiring needs, ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external candidates and stakeholders.
• Deliver key talent acquisition programs and initiatives in the region.
• Identify areas of opportunity and continuous improvement with a focus on experience and efficiency.
• Ensuring recruitment adheres to employment laws and regulations.
• Work collaboratively across HR teams to achieve high synergy in talent attraction and cultivation efforts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years HR experience in management level, preferably in startup technology related industry
• Hands-on experience on HR operations and management in Malayia and Singapore (added advantage if the candidate has experience with Taiwan and US)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associate.
• Working and practical knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including talent acquisition, compensation practices, organizational design, performance management, employment laws, employee relations and diversity etc.
• Must have a good understanding of market insights and recruitment trends.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to use independent judgment in prioritizing tasks, demonstrates the ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
