• Work closely with internal team (Contract and Design) and subcontractors to ensure the projects are timely delivery in excellent quality workmanship and outcome.
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and track recurring construction issues.
• Report directly to the directors of the company on all aspects of project progress.
• Liaise with 3rd party consultants such as architects, engineers, and other specialists working on the project.
• Attend coordination and progress meetings.

• Must posses Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Professional Engineer Board or Building & Construction Authority
• 5 years experience in the related field or HDB BTO projects
• Responsible for project management, site supervision, overseas and manage cost control, manpower planning
• Co-ordinate with owners, consultants and sub-contractor

Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Tuas
Working Day: Monday -Friday
Working Hours: 7.45 am - 4.45 pm
Salary: up to $4000 (Depends on experience)

Job Duties:

• Manages manpower & packaging material resources to meet customer on time delivery
• Manages production planning activities to optimize resources in meeting customer order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with other departmental heads in meeting common Company objectives
• Ensure accurate inventory control in the production shop floor
• Ensure safe & proper housekeeping in the production shop floor · Drive continuous improvement in the production packaging related processes
• Ensure compliance to ISO procedures, GMP and all other regulatory requirements
• Undertakes to carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior / management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Production Management or equivalent
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• SAP knowledge will be an advantage
