Overview of Job Scope

As the Assistant Sales Manager (ASM), you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing team to attain predetermined annual sales targets. You will drive the implementation of a robust sales and marketing strategy aimed at broadening the company's customer base and reinforcing its market position.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Achieve Target Sales and Beyond

• Devise and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet sales targets.
