We are seeking result-driven Business Development Manager who is responsible for leading and supporting the sales team in order to achieve their goals with global strategies instructed by HQ. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, managing and analyzing sales activities, and building customer relationships. Fluent Japanese language level is required. communication with Japan HQ office will be all in Japanese language.

-Analyze sales data and devise the strategy to dynamically improve the result
- Generate comprehensive reports to management
-Implement and manage sales tools.
【Requirement】
- Either native or fluent Japanese speaker for reporting to Japan HQ
- More than 3 years of sales experience for tabletop products of Horeca industry
- Experience of distributor business, coaching/guiding partners to maximize their performance
- Experience of reporting, monitoring, and improving PL of own organization/department
- Adequate performance in Excel, Outlook, Power point
- Driving license
- Those who can monthly travel to overseas – India, Middle East, South East Asia, and Africa etc.
