Main Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the efficient running of the Training department including Good Food, Great Service, Excellent Coffee, and Store’s management team, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined are strictly adhered to.
2. Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all company products, services, and procedures.
3. Develop, prepare, and update related manuals and SOP.
4. Prepare and implement the annual/ monthly/ daily Training Plan and Calendar.
5. Establish and monitor all employee training records
6. Spend time at outlets checking service/ products standards to identify training gaps, including skills, knowledge, personal hygiene, grooming, and etc and taking necessary actions to close gaps.
7. Maximise employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling and multi-tasking to meet the business goals as well as customer expectations.
8. Organise and conduct training programmes such as orientation, management training programmes, ensuring all employees successfully complete necessary training as required.
9. Certify the outlets with monitoring their performance.
10. Coordinate cross-exposure, internship, out-of-house and external training programmes as well as the use of outside training resources.
11. Assist in the compilation and implementation of all employee communications.
12. Ensure that Monthly/daily training report is completed on a timely basis.
13. Prepare monthly Training reports and presentations.
14. Conducts annual Performance Appraisal with direct subordinate.

2. Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required.
3. Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times, positively representing the organisation management team
4. Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.
5. Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
6. Keep the working areas clean and tidy at all times.
7. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Capability of training and development for all levels of staff.
2. Proficiency in English and Chinese Language, with computer literate
3. Strong skills in driving for results Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
4. Strong skills in people management and development.
Education:
1. Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or any related fields.
Experience:
1. Minimum 5-year experience in Food & Beverage Industry
