RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement station format and programme strategies by reviewing listener trends and matching them with the broad directions approved by management.

This role is responsible for organizing the operations standards and approach to drive and achieve cost to serve targets, compliance standards. The incumbent will also support commercial solutioning requirements including integration of various services to formulate a customer response. The Senior Research Director will be confident leading the Research & Insights Department, managing & overseeing a team across two offices. As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Report to COO/CEO
• Oversee and manage operations, including the implementation of clinical practices, review of nursing audits, service quality initiatives, and the integration of new technologies.
• Monitor and enhance nursing quality.
• Assess and implement nursing policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct clinical audits.
• Ensure strict adherence to nursing standards and protocols.
• Communicate with regulatory authorities regarding licenses, regulations, and compliance.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to promote ongoing improvement and compliance.
• Provide leadership and support to all managers and staff.
• Review and assess budgeting reports, financial statements, and overall performance.
• Closely monitor manpower and staffing issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Nursing
• Possess 8 years of management experience
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Must be fully registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
