The Role Responsibilities

This role is part of the wider Country Balance Sheet Management team and leads the construction of the Bank’s Recovery Plan and Resolution Plan, analysis and impact of regulatory developments/changes on the Recovery and Resolution reporting providing insights on implications for the Country and Group.

About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create and report on business plans, monitoring its efficacy and progress to ensure inline with company’s objective.
• Achieve company growth projections and targets in a dynamic and competitive environment.
• Manage resources, including attracting, hiring and retention of personnel, ensure all move in same strategic direction to achieve mission.
• Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintain quality services/products that are competitive and delivery excellent customer support.
• Continuous monitoring of the annual budget and ensure that revenue/ sales target are met.
• Promote the wellness of staff and implementing policies inline with labour legislation and health and safety guidelines to create a diverse and positive working environment.
• Preparation of annual reports/monthly reports in Japanese.

• Managing A Japan subsidiary company in Singapore, must bilingual in native Japanese & English to communicate with Japanese speaking clients and handle any business relation.
