(1) Support the organisation’s transformation into a data-driven organisation by charting the strategic directions to design, develop and deliver Data and Analytics capabilities that includes:

• To work with the CIO to formulate and review strategic asset allocation strategies, while taking into consideration insurance asset liability management requirements and the insurance risk-based capital management framework.
• Work with the risk management group to refine and develop risk management models to evaluate existing portfolio positions and investment strategies.
• Perform evaluation of new investment strategies and to conduct external fund manager due diligence to support the investment objectives of the insurance funds.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Finance, Economics or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in portfolio management and reporting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize financial data and market trends.
• Familiar with portfolio risk management processes.

• Leveraging existing relationships with clients in order to gain client referrals
• Maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospective businesses and proactively managing through the various sales stages through conversion

Who we need

• At least five years of brokerage sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Excellent knowledge and experience of financial markets
• Able to tackle problems from a logical and analytical approach
• Good time management
• Proven track record in managing relationships with private clients in the Greater China region.
