Responsibilities:

• Utilise 3D CAD design tools and perform high precision 3D printing (FDM & DLP)
• Utilise basic microcontrollers boards such as Arduino, ESP32 or STM32 to build simple circuit boards for sensor control and data acquisition
• Testing and assembly of electronics and mechanical parts and debugging of software using basic tools like python or C++
• Maintenance of laboratory inventory and laboratory administrative tasks (Procurement, equipment preventive maintenance/repairs and safety matters)
• Perform administrative works, such as ordering and payment with SAP system.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher NITEC/ NITEC holders in Bioengineering, Biophysics, Physics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or any related fields.
• Basic experience in 3D CAD design software, like Solidworks and Fusion360.
• Basic experience with microcontroller boards like Arduino, Esp32, STM32.
• Basic experience in handling simple electronics and basic hands-on soldering skills
• Prior experience or have interest in handling administrative tasks like raising Purchase Orders, payment requests, arranging preventive maintenance of equipment and liaising with vendors.

• Assist in the daily operations of the assigned science laboratories, science gardens, aquaponics, hydroponics and pond.
• Responsible for the setup, clean up and general maintenance of the science laboratories and Science Areas.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the Recycling Corner.
• Assist in preparation of laboratory apparatus, equipment and teaching materials for scheduled laboratory activities.
• Assist in stock taking exercise and maintenance of equipment.
• Typing of worksheets and notes.
• Supporting and assisting in departmental events, activities and programmes.

Requirements:

• Able to make use of Microsoft word / excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint
• Able to operate electronic devices eg. hydroponics sets, aquaponics and other devices relating to Science
• To be able to do gardening (weeding, planting and watering.
• Preferably with more than 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position and in a school environment

Provide the general day-to-day administration functions and duties.

Arrange/ coordinate appointments and bookings for meetings and company car use.
Admin support to executives and expatriate staff for housing matters and travel arrangements.

Job Description:

• Administer the Accounts Payable processes, including verification of invoices against purchase orders, confirmation of receipt for purchased goods and services and resolves any discrepancies
• Enter invoices into the accounting system, ensuring proper documentation and approvals and timely processing of payments according to agreed-upon terms and company policies
• Ensure employee expense claim reports are in compliant with company policy.
• Reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies, respond to vendor inquires regarding payment status and any payment-related issues
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in organizing and systematically categorizing records of accounting documents
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics BC, Navision) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Meticulous, strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Candidate requires to have SAP FICO (& MM preferred) for supporting daily operations / implementing new change requests.

SAP FICO domain (general ledger, account receivable, account payable, payment processes, bank statements, procurement to pay, asset module). Candidate needs to handle the incidents, service requests, change requests independently, understand the functional requirements, able to do root cause analysis, communicate with business users and resolve the issues within the SLA’s.

Candidate also preferred to be able to perform technical SAP ABAP debugging and simple coding.
