1) Invoicing:

• Taking over from Customer Service (“CS”) department the invoicing function

· Craft Beer knowledge and F&B industry experience is preferred

• Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience through activation of all outlet services within the lobby area (e.g., restaurant & bar, front desk, business center, lounge, etc.)
• Maintain the integrity of the guests' privacy, including confidentiality of personal information and key control

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Division Manager / Managing Director
• Liaise closely with Headquarter in Japn on porject/ product transfer within AESAN
• Prospecting, identifying and establishing new clients base especially Architect and Interior designer community.
• Generating revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending relevant project
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely deliveries/services to client
• Developing marketing strategies with action plans to penetrate new markets
• Increasing revenue by identifying new opportunities for unmet customer needs
• Develop sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, networking, cold calls and face to face meetings, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
