Main purpose of the job

The primary role of a Global Category Manager – Contract Manufacturing is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance. The role is also responsible for driving sustainable procurement and procurement innovation strategies, as well as creating and implementing category strategies. Responsibilities include executing strategic sourcing plans to maximize business value, building and enhancing stakeholder relationships across all procurement activities, and managing supplier partnerships. The Global Category Manager also manages and tracks plans and budgets against objectives, key value drivers, and related KPIs. Risk management, with a focus on price volatility, supplier stability, and product or service availability, is a key part of the role. 3. Compliance with Standards and Property Administration

• Ensure the facility process comply with organizational standard and/or government regulations, e.g. property and facility operational or procurement policies observance or statutory facilities codes.
• Prepare and/or review periodic reports for Senior Management.
• Assist in communicating with decision makers and key appointment holders.

5. Budgeting

• Provide assistance walk-in visitors, including parents, vendors, and students seeking help at the General Office.
• Perform any other administrative duties as directed by the School Principal, Admin Manager and Heads of Programme

What you will be working on

You will be involved in administering retirement-related withdrawal schemes. This includes overseeing Ordinary and Special Account (OSA) withdrawals for members reaching age 55, facilitating Retirement Account (RA) withdrawals through pledging, managing lump-sum withdrawals once members reach the PEA threshold, and handling exemptions for various conditions.

Senior Office Administrator

Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office to ensure smooth operations and play a critical role in supporting company management, staff, and maintaining a productive office environment. Duties span from handling office resources to supporting human resources and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office operations, such as supplies, equipment, office cleanliness, safety protocols, and space planning, keep good relationships with vendors and ensure everything on time on budget.
• Timely create office/admin management policies as required.
• Organize and plan company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Provide high-level administrative support to executives or senior management as required.
• Act as a point of contact for office staff, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.
• Coach junior admin members to ensure high service standards and efficiency.
• Other adhoc tasks assigned by admin leader.

Requirements

• 5-8 years’ experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
