Responsibilities:

• Schedule, plan and execution of new projects.
• Organizing and motivating a project team (tender to completion).
• Oversee the construction team and planning of project budgetary.
• Manage manpower activity and resource planning.
• Conduct performance assessment for all assigned teams under your care.
• Conduct bi-weekly or monthly (where applicable), management the execution of construction works, including monitoring work progress and quality and progress reports.
• Manage vendors and sub-con for progression of work and assessment of their performance
• Responsible for all the site implementation and completion towards management target, client’s expectation and compliance to authorities’ regulations.
• Responsible for the project quality and safety plan.
• Ensure company ISO and OHSAS requirements are fully implemented on project.
• Coordinating with Authorities, Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors on all project aspects.
• Work closely with Engineering team on any technical issues arising from site and lead the supervision and resolution of work onsite.
• Manage progress claims, payments and cash flow and variation orders.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Min. 10 years of relevant experience
• Possess technical, financial and project management knowledge
• Hands on and walk the site
• Able to apply knowledge to the situation and train staff
• Lead the project from tender stage and run the job until it is completed
• Good at problem solving and able to identify issues
• Mature, reliable and dependable
• A team player and not just an individual contributor
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to interpret technical information and numerical data
• Well-organised, able to prioritise work and be very thorough

Description of the job

• Handling a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, accounting, filing, and record-keeping
• Require assisting on monthly payroll and CPF contributions etc
• Organising stocks
• Answering phone calls and email inquiries
• Administer work pass application, issuance, renewal and cancellation and licensing
• Manage and handle letter correspondences relating to HR such as Employment Contracts, Acceptance of resignation, confirmation letters and so on
• Renewal of yearly insurance
• Renewal and maintain relevant licenses from government agencies
• Fulfil any other administrative duties as and when required by the company.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Requirements

• Prior internship experience or no experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS word
• Possession of a driving license is desirable
• Proficient in Chinese will be desirable (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
• Good written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work from Mondays to Fridays during office hours
• No prior HR experience required — we welcome candidates with a strong willingness to learn and a passion for HR.

Salary is negotiable on experience ( from : $2800 and onwards )
