HR Responsibilities:

• Creation and drafting of employee Handbook, Employment Contracts
• Payroll processing, CPF Submission
• Leave management
• Medical reimbursement, Petty cash reimbursement
• IR8A Tax submission, IR21 clearance
• Staff Onboarding & Offboarding
• Recruitment process - job postings, schedule interviews
• Work pass related matters(Application, Renewal, Cancellation, Issuance and appointment with MOM where necessary)
• Work incident reporting
• Company & employee insurance matters
• Gov. related claims & grants(Childcare, NS, etc)
• Preparation of contracts and tools issuance to workers where necessary
• Maintain & update workers records and files
• Other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by the management.
• Planning of staff welfare and D&D.
• Performance review with foreign workers

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Restock office supplies & pantry refreshments
• Procurement of Staff Equipments & Tools
• Manpower Forecast and Budgeting
• Manage company insurance records
• Manage list of vehicles in the company(Renewal of Road tax, COE, Insurance)
• Upkeep record of company maintenance(E.g. Mosquito fogging record, cleaning record)
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
• Monitoring of tenancy contracts

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office(Word,Excel), InfoTech HR System
• Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently
• Positive work attitude and display initiative to resolve problems independently
• Resourceful and Team player
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in related field
• Familiar of Singapore Employment Policies, Local and Singapore

About the Role

We are looking for a candidate who is able to show a high degree of empathy towards clients needs and design solutions for the client. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle from pre-sales engagement, order taking, confirmation of design, pre and post installation sales follow up. They should be confident with building new client relationship and have a high sense of understanding of what client wants.

About the Responsibilities

1. Develop systematic business development plan to drive sales together with company management.
2. Empathies with home owners on their noise issue and craft proposes for client to solve their issue.
3. Create and upkeep company CRM bases database to ensure leads are well taken care of.

For B2B Track:

1. Develop B2B business by identifying, engaging, and securing working partners in the construction and interior design industry (ID firms, architects, and main contractors) to sell our products and services to their client base.
2. Source small to medium sized projects for the company from corporate customers such as offices, restaurants, co-working centers, tuition centers etc.
3. Maintain relationships with potential partners and clients.

For B2C Track:

1. Engage with potential clients and understand their pain points
2. Convince & educate potential client on Noise Plaster's USP

Remuneration:

Basic salary from S$2,500 to S$3,500 depending on experience, plus attractive commisions on revenue brought in to the company.

To develop businesses in establishments (Supermarke.ts, grocery stores, gourmet markets, sales counters) that cater to public. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence & profitability. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of junior team.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for Modern Trade Profit & Loss.

· Responsible for Marketing and Sales of company products to Retailer.

· Develop and implement Sale & Brands Strategies to increase business volume and grow existing customer base.

· Proactive identify and secure potential clients.

· Maintain good relationship with new/existing clienteles to achieve sales revenue and profit target.

· Liaise with internal support teams on service excellence to meet customer’s needs.

· Handle Business proposals and quotations.

· Handle all sales activities such as projects, meetings, promotions and etc.

Requirement

· Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.

· Possess Diploma or above qualification, preferably in business management or marketing.

· Proven sales experience in F & B/ restaurant/ hotel industry.

· Possess good oral and written communication skill.

· Good analytical, organizational and personal skills.

· Meticulous and excellent eye for details.

· Process own vehicle.
