Job Responsibilities:

• Manage cash and sales transactions
• Greeting customers, promoting services, improving customer satisfaction, answering to inquiries, reporting to the Supervisor.
• Collecting payment and ensure accuracy involving foreign currency exchange.
• Responsible for counting the contents of cash register drawer at the end of each shift, maintaining receipts, records, withdrawals and depositing cash collections into safe deposit box at the end of the shift duty.
• Perform gate deliveries
• Support I-Shop Changi procurement (pick and pack)
• Any other ad-hoc assignment or project assigned by your superior.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of cashiering experience
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to commit to rotating shifts duties

The Senior Cook takes account of stock levels and prepares the station before the start of each service. He/She manages food preparations and processes by food stations. He/She ensures that appropriate standards and hygiene are adhered to. He/She prepares and cooks a variety of foods and ensures that it is ready at the right time, in the right order. He/She ensures that utensils and work areas are clean and ready for the next shift. He/She manages the development and supervision of junior kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, with a specific focus on the procurement departments of supermarket chains, convenience stores, and related retail outlets.
• Strong understanding of how procurement departments in the retail sector operate and the ability to navigate their processes to secure contracts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
• Ability to travel as required to meet clients, attend trade shows, and develop business opportunities.
