MicroSec (www.usec.io) is looking for a driven, passionate, and outgoing Cybersecurity Sales Manager for its fast-growing IoT & OT Cybersecurity business. This person should be naturally very curious, loves technology, and is B2B-minded. This person will hunt/manage leads, set up distribution channels, and close end customers.

What you’ll do

Sales & Business Development

● Look for new customers, building an effective pipeline and identify opportunities for Microsec cybersecurity product suites

● Analyze market trend for IoT & OT cybersecurity; doing competitor analysis; identifying unique propositions for customers to add value

● Develop and implement sales strategies for new customers and nurturing existing business

● Prioritizing key accounts and establishing strong contacts with existing customers and growing the business within the account

● Create sales & solution proposals; and make presentation slides for customers

● Drive the entire sales process from targeting accounts, identifying solutions and to closing the sale

● Articulating the value of Microsec product suite offerings to commercial prospects

● Updating CRM and submission of weekly reports

● Reporting back to Microsec management team

● Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders to ensure customers' success

● Working towards Key Performance Targets

● Support Marketing team in providing relevant materials for publishing

● Provide feedback to the Microsec product team regarding feature requests and customer’s feedback

● Analyze market trend for IoT & OT cybersecurity and doing competitor analysis

● Participating in events and conferences to generate leads

Who you are

● Must have more than 3 years of works experience as Sales Manager or relevant role in the Cybersecurity domain

● Must have knowledge of relevant Cybersecurity products, solutions and verticals in the domain of Industrial control system and enterprises

● Must have knowledge of cybersecurity technologies like PKI, Intrusion Detection system, IAM etc.

● An extensive network in the industry across Singapore and APAC region

● A proven track record of success in target driven environments.

● Able to build and execute on an account plan with a security approach

● Able to conduct product demonstrations and apply solution-centric sales methodology

● Experience in selling integrated cyber security solutions (hardware with software products) in large or complex deal in commercial sector

● Able to fluently speak and write in English language (Mandarin and Malay will be a plus)

● You possess startup DNA, which means you’re a hustler and thrive in establishing structure amidst ambiguity

● Strong business skills and knowledge. Must have deep understanding of typical enterprise cybersecurity technology business models and GTM strategies across multiple disciplines including Field Sales, Indirect Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales Customer Success / Professional Services

● Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail, pattern recognition, insight generation and ability to process information quickly to deliver against tight deadlines

● You have the ability to establish trust quickly, whether that be with customers, partners, peers and team

● Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence

● Determination to own the outcome and be self-motivated and directed

● Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Requirement

· Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent

· At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity

· Good knowledge and experience of project coordination or management within an IT environment

· Proficiency with project management software (e.g. JIRA, GitHub) Understanding of software development and web technologies.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving issues and risks.

Responsibilities

· Assist in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans

· Oversee and monitor the progress of projects using project management tools to ensure timely delivery. Maintain detailed project documentation, including logs for all project tasks.

· Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines

· Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time

· Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables

· Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle

· Schedule stakeholder meetings, document generate reports

· Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
