Job Description:
● provide admin & operational support for the efficient functioning of the department
● plan, manage and execute the daily manpower deployment for maintenance and project
● responsible for maintenance and project coordination as liaison with client/contractors/architects/etc
● ensure maintenance/projects are completed as quoted and within contractual obligations
● assist manager to train new hires and conduct briefing for workers
● prepare and submit weekly and monthly report on the progress of on going project
● provide sales technical support to sales personnel whenever necessary
● manage and track inventory in warehouse
● any other duties as and when assigned
Job requirements:
● minimum 1 year in related field or office administration, training will be provided
● proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook, etc)
● excellent organization & coordination skills
● good communication & interpersonal skills and positive mindset into problem solving
● able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, meticulous, manage pressure, multi task and work independently
● able to start worker immediately or short notice
