Job Requirements

• Proven track reocrd in managing/operating in the end-to-end accounting process, from the gathering of financial and non-financial information to period end closing.
• Experience with project, inventory, and fixed asset accounting.
• Familiarity with local accounting standards and with established internal accounting standards, policies, and procedures.

• Prepare production drawing for wooden crates and associated parts, tools, test-jig, etc. using 3D CAD, Solidwork
• To create, revise or update existing drawings and
• engineering/operations documents
• Map manufacturing processes and create work instructions
• Perform detail engineering and produce bill of materials
• Perform mechanical structural calculations and/or finite element analysis
• Prepare documentation and cutting list
• Work closely with purchaser in the sourcing of key parts required for the fabrication

Main Responsibility:

• Manage and review sales order requirement from order launched into system to shipment.
• Responsible to monitor and track status to ensure order fulfillment, projecting 3 months’ revenue and on-time delivery.

• MOC management.
• Drive solutions with various departments when roadblocks occur.
• Attend Daily SFDM and ODM and report Key Performance Indicators, highlight deviations from target.
• Drive and participate in problem solving through A3 PDCA tool.
• Participate in Kaizen (RIE).

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma and/or Degree in in Supply Chain, Engineering or Manufacturing
• 2 year experience in manufacturing environment or related field
• APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or APICS Certified Supply chain Professional (CSCP) would be ideal
• SAP or capable of utilizing ERP-type of software in managing the planning process
• Lean or Green Belt Six Sigma certification would be ideal
• In-depth knowledge in excel
• Process project management skill with ability to identify milestones and critical path and work towards on time completion

Job Purpose:

· Improve Logistic operation in term of warehouse management & distribution.

· Subject Matter Experts (SME) for the Logistic system specifically on WMS and Batch Management

Experience:

· Graduate degree with 2-5 years experiences of Warehouse, Distribution operation and able to implement SAP WMS and batch management System. · Six Sigma Certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from inception to delivery and through the entire order-to-cash cycle.

1. Collecting and sending goods to customers, from cooked food (no setting up required) to general cargo
