• Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/ Senior Project Manager (SPM)/ Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day management of the contract
• Advise the PRPM/SPM/PM on site quality and safety issues.
• Determine any non-conformances on works
• Liaise with Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly
• Ensure that decisions on site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable time frame.
• Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programme without compromising on quality and safety
• Provide feedback to the PRPM/SPM/PM on quality and safety matters and suggest quality improvement measures for implementation on site
• Supervise installation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation
• Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full time supervision of works on site by supervisor /client

Job Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in project/construction environment
• Proficient in relevant software programmes for planning and project work
• Pro-active team player with good analytical and communication skills
• Required to have at least 2 years of viaduct and/or flyover construction experience

As a Cardiac Technologist (2D echo), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Work closely with the doctors in providing quality clinical care in an outpatient environment.
• Performing echocardiograms in clinic and preparing reports for the doctors
• Performing other non-invasive cardiac investigations, including electrocardiograms, exercise treadmill tests, Holter monitor attachment and analyses, tilt testing.
• Training of other clinic staff on non-invasive test.
• Work closely with nurses and support staff to ensure patient care is met.
• Provide quality customer service to patients.
• Maintenance of the machines and devices.
• Adhere to compliance, regulations and infection control guidelines.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possess Diploma / Degree in Cardiovascular Technology / Biomedical Science and any related field.
• Must have 2 years of relevant experience
