Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform daily review on sales invoices generated by billing colleagues ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare Ageing Reports, Statement of Account and other AR Analysis Reports.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt based on agreed credit terms.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
