• Arrange site inspection or appointment to meet up with the customers to finalize all guest room, meeting and F&B arrangements, etc. Ensure deposits and payments are received by the hotel on time according to the payment schedule stipulated in the Agreement
• Issue BEOs for all Events including floor plan, menu and rooming list
• Spearheading the weekly BEO meeting and organize pre-con meeting for VIP events
• Conduct Telemarketing to solicit new business leads
• Initiating and executing tactical promotions and campaigns to drive Corporate, Wedding and Social Event sales
• Participation in conference calls, company related social events and functions as and when required by the management after office hours, weekends and public holidays
• Any other additional duties or projects assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience related to Catering Sales in hotels

Report to Coordination Manager / Design Manager / Project Manager / Construction Manager.

Draw drawings according to site and client requirements.

Follow drawing format given by LTA .

Prepare and Maintain Drawing Register in all times.

Maintain drawing updates up to the latest revision level.

Revised and update drawing to be distributed to respective construction team / sub-contractor.

Identity and keep superseded drawings for archive purpose.

Keep original drawings or Master Drawings from various agencies separately.

Make drawing copies from master Drawing and distribute to who ever neededn for use.

Conduct random check at regular interval to ensure all CAD data issued to LTA are conforming to LTA CAD quality requirements.

As a Software Developer, you will be part of our dynamic Scrum team, to deliver high-quality technology solutions across all layers of the system development lifecycle. You will be working on both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring high performance, security and scalability.

3. Knowledge in DevOps setup and building pipeline, Spring boot, Microservices, React, TOSCA Testing tool knowledge.

5. Gather requirements with Product owners, business users and subject matter experts and come up with a fit-for-purpose solution design adhering to best design patterns.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

7. Work on both front-end and back-end development, including server-side logic and UI/UX design.

8. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

9. Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code, adhering to coding standards, Group IT policy and market best practices.

10. Lead rectification of defects to identify root cause and propose solutions to fix issues.

11. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in Scrum or Agile environment.

3. At least 5-8 years’ experience in application development/software engineering

4. Experience in DevOps , Spring boot, Microservices, React, TOSCA Testing tool knowledge.

5. Experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS skills, and good knowledge in CSS in JS and Web Component

6. Good knowledge of DevOps

Job Requirement

• Recognised degree in Civil Engineering by PEB Board
• Candidate registered with Singapore PE Board and with extensive experience will be considered for higher post
• Mininum 3 - 8 years in design office
• Well versed and familiar with Government and Agencies regulations, requirement and submission procedure
• Experience in using Euro-codes in steel and concrete design
• Experience in utilising of structural Revit/BIM
• Able to handle project independently
