Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and young executive to manage the office and support the operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the CEO or a Senior Executive designated by the CEO;
• Manage the Office and liasie with external service providers such as the accounting firm, the office cleaner and delivery and transport companies
• Arrange meetings for the CEO and take minutes of weekly meeting
• Keep track of leave application of staff
• Support the Production and Tech Support to obtain quotations, produce and delivery of robots
• Arrange for travels of staff

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or Office Management or a related field;
• At least 1 year of experience in office management and/or sales support role;
• Good communication and organisational skills;
• Willing to learn and work hard.

• Oversee outlet operations, ensuring health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
• Motivate staff and maintain communication between staff and management.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
• Manage stock inventory and report daily sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Possess Food Safety Hygiene certification.
• Singaporean/PR only, immediate availability preferred.
