Get to know the Role:

• We are seeking security engineers who are excited about shaping the future of information security by building security tools to identify and eradicate vulnerabilities across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Our team covers line one control ownership of multiple domains, including cloud, DevSecOps, privileged access management, runtime, containers, kubernetes, cryptography, SaaS security and automated response.
• You will work on a public cloud security program with an aim of real-time vulnerability identification and automatic remediation.
• You will work with public cloud, terraform, commercial cloud posture security management tools, open-source kubernetes admission controllers (Kyverno) and build tools that automate our security posture.

The day-to-day activities:

• Design and implement cutting edge preventative and detective controls
• Shift security left in the engineering life-cycle by implementing commercial, security tools and scanners.
• Collaborate with experienced security engineers and engineering squad leads to research and build solutions geared towards identifying security issues at scale
• Evaluate/extend/contribute to existing open-source security tools and integrate them into pipelines.
• Constantly evaluate our progress and work on solutions to raise our security bar at scale. You understand that security is a continuous, ever evolving process.
• Design and implement cutting edge security tools and scanners, including static application security testing (SAST) and dynamic application security testing (DAST).

Overview

Do you want to lead marketing and commercial plans for one of our billion-dollar brands? The Senior Brand Manager identifies business opportunities and works with the multi-functional team to build cohesive commercial plans! You are expected to lead and collaborate with different subject matter experts to deliver end-to-end plans for the region via qualifying communication ideas, adjusting portfolio pricing and identifying shopping barriers and opportunities.

Your Team

You and other Brand Managers (each handling a brand/category) will report to the Brand Director for the Category or Business Unit. You will work extensively with colleagues from Consumer Market Knowledge, Sales, Communications, Finance etc.

Responsibilities of the role

• Identify consumers’ needs and wants for P&G’s products, and provide inputs to Research & Development and technical team to design the right package and formula to win with local consumers
• Lead consumer researches to develop qualified brand concept, benefit and claims that addresses consumers’ unmet needs
• Communicate with local market partners, stakeholders and suppliers to drive P&G business initiatives
• Lead creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute TV copy production designed/customized for the cultural nuances of local consumers
• Develop initiatives fit-for-use toolkits (including copy, prints, digital i-banners, social & eCommerce contents, sampling trial toolkits, in-store activation and demos, etc.)
• Coordinate with R&D, Consumer Research teams to qualify the product and package through various tests.
• Craft promotion/pricing strategy and customer/distributor trade terms with the local trade team
• Work with technical team to find the best solution of supply chain to manage the product cost within affordable level

Qualifications

• A college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s is fine, preferably with some business focus)
• This is a junior level management role with 3-5 years of brand management, consulting or consumer journey design experience or similar required
