Responsibilities:

• Conduct administrative and operational tasks.
• Work towards company target as a team and maximise student retention.
• Delivery professional and high-quality service experience.
• Identify customers’ needs and maintaining a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction.
• Ensure proper check-in management is practiced at the centre.
• Assist with crowd management during peak period.
• Work closely with the Sales enrolment team and provide regular feedbacks and insights to achieve greater customer intimacy.
• Proactively attend to customers’ feedback and challenges in a professional manner.
• Key member of the customer support function in establishing continuous improvement of processes to promote customer satisfaction.
• Drive efforts to improve operational processes and systems.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in operations and customer service
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Must also be able to liaise & effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking students / parents
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and positive-minded
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Required to work on both weekend
• Prior experience in the private education industry would be an added advantage
