Main purpose of the job  

The Global Procurement Specialist for Sustainability plays a crucial role in supporting the implementation of procurement strategies with a strong emphasis on sustainability. This role promotes best practices across all regions and drives Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. A key responsibility is the execution of sustainable category strategies. Main purpose of the job  

The Global Procurement Lead for Upstream Processes will provide leadership to the Global Procurement function in particular to the Source-To-Contract, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Risk management and potentially other upstream service lines and related to Procurement, ensuring the successful execution of functional goals. He/She will foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between regions and GPO, support the implementation of new target operating model, and ensure compliance with governance, policies, processes and ways of working, including the right level of utilization of upstream procurement tools. Additionally, the role involves advocating for sustainable procurement and innovation, and driving continuous improvement (people, process, platform, data). The Global Procurement Lead will drive operational excellence in Procurement, but will also contribute to technical competency frameworks, and lead the design and implementation of functional KPIs on a global scale.
