The SingHealth Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is the nexus for population health research, innovation, implementation science and evaluation in SingHealth. CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement.

You will assist the Principal Investigator to perform a variety of functions such assisting in developing study plans and conducting literature reviews. You will be tasked to prepare Institutional Review Board applications as well as assist in subject recruitment, data collection and data management. You will assist with quality control and preparations for quality assurance. You will be required to liaise with study partners to ensure all study-related activities are carried out efficiently and coordinate project meetings. You will particpate in the preparation of abstracts, posters and manuscripts for dissemination of study results as well as reports as required by the funder.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Biological Sciences, Social Sciences, Epidemiology or related academic area
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and data analytics software (e.g. SPSS, STATA, Python and NVivo) is an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management skill
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer robust administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the seamless operation of the department.
• Engage actively in inside sales activities, promptly addressing customer inquiries, crafting quotes, and facilitating sales order processing.

Qualifications:

• Documented experience in an administrative role with duties encompassing sales support, invoicing, and collections.
• Unwavering attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with a proven ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English. Mandarin and other languages a plus
• Competency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and experience with CRM software a bonus.
• A good understanding of invoicing and collections processes.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.

The incumbent will play a significant role in supporting the Institute’s further expansion of its capabilities in partnership with healthcare practitioners and experts to provide high quality allied health education and training. He/she will also be the liaison with local and overseas stakeholders to organise and implement PGAHI programmes (clinical attachments, courses and lectures) under his/her charge.

General job duties:

• Plan, organise and implement various types of PGAHI programmes

• Serve and maintain as the key liaison with stakeholders

• Manage finances and budgeting of training programmes with adherence to organisation’s financial processes

• Support the implementation of the Institute's marketing strategies and initiatives

• Promote the use of technological advances in Allied Health Professionals training to enhance learning, and champion the use of IT in the department to enhance teaching and learning

• Create and sustain positive working climate with stakeholders to develop quality education and training services

• Manage stakeholders’ expectations appropriately with people-centric approach

• Lead departmental projects to further the growth of the institute

• Assist the Manager/Assistant Manager with office administration and knowledge management to preserve institution information of the department (re-sequenced)

• Assist the Manager/Assistant Manager with building rapport and welfare among the staff

• Adopt data-driven approach when preparing management/course reports and for making informed decisions

• Provide strategic insights and take actions to achieve department goals

• Assist in monitoring department’s performance indicators and provide timely updates on achievement of goals to relevant stakeholders

• Ensure institute’s training information and databases is current

• Analyze and translate strategic insights from stakeholders into implementable and sustainable department initiatives to achieve department goals

• Assume the role of team coordinator of critical processes/initiatives/projects and take on key/leading roles in the committees at Allied Health Division

Job Description:

Responsible for quality of food, planning, directing and coordinating all activities of all personnel involved in cooking and food preparation in the absence of the Chef.

Requirements:

• Ensures that all food prepared and served is according to food hygiene standards
• Checks daily mis-en-place, cooking, preparation and presentation of food.
• Coordinates and controls all food requisitions for the Executive Chef to approve.
• make sure that all inter kitchens transfers are complete, accurate and made on time
• Assists the chef in checking the quality of food being received from the suppliers
• Controls cost by minimizing spoilage, maintaining adquate inventory of food, utilizing food suprluses and portion control.
• Ensures that all machines, furniture and equipment are clean and in working condition at all times and safe to use to prevent unnecessary accidents.
• Train and guide junior staff and evaluate their performance.
