Roles & Responsibilities

* To ensure the efficiency and smooth operations of the outlet; handle and resolve all operational issues and activities.

* To display a hands-on approach at all times to unite staff and guide them to ensure compliance with all food and beverage promotions, Company SOP including POS operations and cash handling practices, statutory and regulatory requirements.

* To optimize use of given resources, especially on labour and F&B costing matters including maintaining of inventory and keeping wastages to a bare minimum.

* To be responsible for the performance of all boutique; achieve the outlet daily sales and up-sell sales targets set by the Operations Manager.

* To lead, supervise and motive the team to achieve the set targets, customer satisfaction and operations excellence.

* To constantly monitor the daily sales and assist the Senior Outlet Manager to come up with prompt corrective action plan(s) to increase sales in order to meet the budgeted targets should the sales fall below the budgeted amount, and to ensure that the plan(s) is properly executed in the boutique.

* To counsel, resolve conflict, handle grievance and take disciplinary action as and when deemed fit.

* To consistently give and receive feedback constructively.

* To consistently review the work performance and identify the strengths and weaknesses of all subordinates so as to appropriately recommend for monthly performance appraisal, confirmation, promotion and/or annual appraisal.

* To motivate the team to work towards the Company vision.

* To inject fresh ideas of making work processes more efficient.

* Communicate to all staff, including outlet kitchen staff, ensuring that appropriate instructions are channeled downwards including information that might be communicated by Operations Manager, Area Manager, Senior Outlet Manager, Human Resources Department or Supervisory Board.

* To develop staff appropriately by identifying areas of training needs and taking actions to support it.

* To conduct staff orientation & on-the-job training in the outlet whenever required.

* To be responsible for the overall outlet cleanliness, safety and housekeeping.

* To administer all paperwork effectively including proper filing and timely submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports.

* To hold daily line-up meeting with team reviewing daily sales, corrective action plans, events, safety issues/concerns and guest comments.

* To achieve a minimum score of 90% for the monthly Outlet Quality Checklist appraisal (team effort).

* To attend weekly Managers Meeting.

* Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superior/Senior Management.

1. Maintain and adjust the condition of electrical assets: Electrical Systems, Equipment, UPS Batteries, Generators

Switchboards, Motors, Wiring, Portable tools etc

• Comply with relevant authorisation procedures, safe working practices and specific instructions.
• Complete maintenance in an agreed timescale, using safe and appropriate methods and agreed procedures.
• Ensure resources and spares are planned for and used cost effectively.
• Ensure the correct, current operating requirements are available for reference.
• Ensure any assets which have been maintained or had parameters adjusted still comply with spec ified operating requirements with minimum disruption and with the specified methods, tools and materials.
• Monitor and record any maintenance or adjustments accurately in work history in MMS.

2. Monitor And Assess The Performance And Condition Of Electrical Assets

• Obtain information or parameters from reliable sources. (Inspection ports, connections, vendor documentary information, instrument readings, diagnostic equipment.) using approved methods Use monitoring equipment or procedures correctly to assess the condition of electrical assets Ensure monitoring and checks are carried out in line with specified MMS timescales and schedules.
• Record and communicate monitored outcomes accurately and in timely fashion to raise the effectiveness of MMS.
• Compare current performance with previous assessments and take action where differences must be addressed

3. Diagnose Faults in Electrical Assets.

• Respond promptly to problems in line with approved procedures.
• Select appropriate tests and diagnostic procedures and apply them methodically.
• Determine the cause, nature and extent of problems in the performance and condition of electrical systems or assets.
• Use the results of inspections to determine the appropriate actions to take.
• Record an accurate and full description in the appropriate document history

4. Monitor and Maintain Pollution Control Measures

• Sample and check that controlled process discharges from area of responsibility to the environment are within prescribed limits
• Identify and halt unplanned discharges where possible, and reported immediately according to policy, procedure and regulation
• Equipment, waste or other materials for disposal are dealt with according to the correct procedure
• Ensure resources such as PPE, materials, tools and spares are accounted and not wasted or used inefficiently

5. Emergency Response

• Carry out Emergency Response Role
• Show competence during drills and exercise

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience and qualified to ONC/ HNC, or NVQ Level 3 or recognised equivalent in Electrical Maintenance Engineering 
• Minimum 5 yrs experience preferred, with 2 years offshore petrochemical experience desired  Good knowledge of PTW, Electrical Isolation Standards, Risk Assessment and Man Management, Power Management System, Generation on LV 
• COMP ex E’x’ Course. 
• Preferred courses: HV/LV Protection and HVLV Switching. Medically fit to offshore International standards such as ENG1 or equivalen

Purpose:

The Lead Originator, Asia (APAC) plays a pivotal role in enabling the consistent growth of Commercial Supply and Trading through tenders participation, delivering term short and long positions, and gaining access to trading assets for the global crude, clean products and renewables trading desks (crude oil, gasoline, distillates, renewables and heavy oils). Based in Singapore, the primary focus of the Lead Originator, Asia (APAC) is leading the expansion in Asia Pacific markets. The position is a senior supervisory position that requires strong commercial skills and leadership. The incumbent is expected to collaborate with the Global Origination team on cross-commodity opportunities that have a broad global impact.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop a 5-year plan for origination in Asia, in line with the Global Origination Strategic Plan, to include financial targets, regional development plans and the associated staffing strategy
• Work collaboratively with global trading commodity leads, local trading desk heads and global market analysis resources to prioritize origination opportunities in Asia based on current and projected gaps for Phillips 66
• Supervise and assist with staffing origination function in Asia
• Build, maintain and enhance a strong network of customer relationships in target markets
• Source, negotiate and close profitable deals for the global trading desks in line with prioritized opportunity lists, and ensure smooth transition of closed deals to Trading desks for execution

• Proven ability to negotiate and implement contracts effectively with examples of structured deals that have been closed personally
