Salary: up to $3050 per month
Contract: 7 months (Jan 2025 - July 2025)
Hours: Mon-Thu: 8:30am-6pm Fri: 8:30am-5:30pm

• Ensure timely, accurate quarterly and yearly reporting.
• Responsible for all the accounting entries affecting the reporting.
• Prepare timely, accurate quarterly grant claims.
• Reconcile and check that grant received are correct.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors and funding agencies where required.
• Support and ensure compliance with funding guidelines, procedures, government instruction manual.
• Other Ad Hoc duties.
