Card payments represent a large part of the funds moved to Wise daily, and card fraud disputes are an inevitable part of that. Our Card Fraud team thus supports Wise’s mission in a very impactful area.

We have an awesome operational team handling these Card Fraud disputes in four countries across the globe; a unified team that works very closely with our dedicated engineering and product teams.

As a Card Fraud Analyst, you get to support your team’s operational success and bring your expertise to upscale the domain; driving detection and prevention focused initiatives with long-lasting impacts will be part of your daily work. 

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to Card Disputes team: 

1. Card Fraud Rules Management

1. • Rule creation and optimisation
   • Periodical Card Fraud loss reviews identifying emerging intra and cross-portfolio risks
   • Working closely with the Product team on rule engine improvements.

2. KPI & performance measurement management

1. • Managing and ensuring KPI and performance metrics accessibility to Teams
   • Ensuring any required data is available to the Card Fraud Ops team - either by providing the data in an accessible manner or by driving engineering changes where necessary.
   • Strong collaboration with Leadership on KPI (maintenance & building)

3. Incident Management

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Treasury team

• Using your experience managing dealing activities, you will help us manage group wide FX risks and manage liquidity trades to ensure we have money where our customers need it.
• Own the local execution relationships with our panel of international banks and counterparties, ensuring we are negotiating on price, and optimising for both price and broader relationship whenever we trade

A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

The incumbent is responsible for developing and driving new businesses as well as account extension businesses of existing clients within the Assigned Segments, from lead generation through to close.

Assistant Cook Job description

The assistant cook will prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer. • Making Varieties of Dosai (Masaladosai, Ravadosai,Plaindosai, specialdosai,Geedosai. etc.,)

• Making Chappathi and Chappathi flour mixing

• preparation of south indian& north indian curies

• Taking orders from wait staff or computerized system

• Cooking order according to food health and safety standards

• Recommending ideas for specials or seasonal dishes

• Handling multiple food orders at one time

• Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive

• Dressing order for presentation

• Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides

• Delivering food order to wait staff in a timely manner

• Storing all food properly

• Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils

• Reordering stock and food supplies

• Monitoring other cooks and team members

• Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed

Requirements and Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Develop the Citi franchise with specific client base
• Refine and implement a sales and marketing strategy aiming at substantially improving Citi's client footprint and maximizing associated revenue
• Work with management and colleagues to establish a clear marketing plan with defined priorities and market penetration and revenue objectives
• Ability to leverage existing contacts network, understand client needs, introduce the Citi offering, convince clients to adopt it and increase client satisfaction and Citi revenue

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience
• Prior Sales experience at a financial services organization
• Broad client relationships preferred
• Experience in a client facing role working with the buy-side community
• Self-Motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced problem solving skills
• Must have or be able to obtain licenses required, Series 3, 7, 55, 63

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
