Participates in the Raffles Hotel Singapore Arrival and Departure Experience

• Supports and assists the Doorman and Reception teams during every resident arrival and departure.
• Supports and monitors activities the drop-off and pick-up of valet-parked vehicles and the taxi and hired car queue according to priorities.

Acts as Supporting Element of the Entire Guest Journey

• Works closely with all hotel colleagues to create efficient, yet personalised service encounters for all residents.
• Addresses any security incidents and guest complaints to the Lobby Manager and reacts proactively when suitable and appropriate.

Improves Quality of Product and Services 

• Ensures guests receive the experience and service as detailed in brand Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), Raffles Hotel Singapore Local Standard Operation Procedure (LSOP) as well as Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards and aims to achieve the scores and goals set by the management.
• Adheres Workplace Safety and Health (WHS) policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Process Design:

• Quality Assurance:
• Establish and maintain quality standards for customer interactions, both locally and offshore.
• Conduct regular quality assessments and audits to ensure adherence to these standards.

• Utilize customer data and feedback to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Generate and present regular reports on key performance indicators, customer feedback, and team productivity.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Marketing

• Execute innovative online marketing campaigns and oversee its successful implementation by pulling resources from the production & design industry
• Lead the conceptualization and development of digital contents while ensuring compliance with brand positioning, brand standards and guidelines
• Drive regular management and analytical reporting against performance of all digital marketing activities
• Manage and maintain partnership with respective appointed project stakeholders
• Report digital marketing activities for review with management on a weekly basis
• Lead and coordinate CSR projects from beginning to end to shape our brand direction strategies that will drive acquisition and customer loyalty retention
• Implement, track, execute and prioritize marketing project roadmaps and timelines

• Troubleshooting all IT related matters relating to our website, delivery platforms as well as Mobile App.

Job Requirements：

• A Bachelor's Degree in either Business/Hospitality or Marketing preferred.
• Proven working experience in Marketing for at least 3 years and/or at least 3 years working experience as Training Manager in strategic planning and relevant experience in a reputable Restaurant Chain.
• Track record in executing successful training programs.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and leadership skills.
