Your job duties include scheduling and coordinating staff, performing specialized services to ensure all areas and equipment are clean, and communicating with other departments. You also train new team members and maintain a custodial budget. You need experience managing people and working as part of a cleaning crew. The primary component of this role is to supervise the day and nightshift cleaning teams in performing cleaning duties and associated tasks.

Job Description

• Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks.
• Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
• Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
• Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables.
• Timeously request purchase of consumables, equipment and materials.
• Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager.
• Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Manager.
• Ensure that all staff wear all appropriate PPE
• Where required, gather and provide information on a daily, monthly and annual basis, including schedules, consumable issues and usage etc.
• Prepare rosters for approval by the Manager.
• Work with members of other teams as required.
• Check all equipment that require replacement items as needed.
• Report faulty equipment to the Manager within 12 hours of breakdown.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the Manager.
• Monitor and assist in planning for holiday work requirements (bi/annual cleaning work).
• Other duties as assigned.

As a Coaching Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing, delivering, and overseeing Intellect’s specialized coaching programs. Your responsibilities will include providing coaching to employees and senior stakeholders, training other coaches, developing coaching webinar/presentation/talk content, and contributing to the establishment of Intellect as a leader in mental health and coaching through public-facing training and master classes.

• Develop and deliver specialized coaching programs, ensuring high-quality content and engaging delivery.
• Hold 1:1 coaching sessions for (potential) clients and stakeholders
• Train and mentor other coaches to deliver the same specialized coaching programs, fostering a community of excellence.
• Co-develop and vet webinar, presentation, and talk content on coaching topics, ensuring alignment with industry standards and audience needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to source and train providers to deliver coaching programs effectively.
• Contribute to the establishment of Intellect as a leader in mental health and coaching through public-facing trainings and master classes.

• Certified ICF Coach (PCC or higher) with a proven track record in coaching.
• Substantial experience in adult education and training.
• Exceptional public speaking and training skills.
• Ability to think strategically and contribute innovative ideas to coaching program development.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with mental health and coaching industry trends.
• Coaching Supervision experience is a plus
• Fluent in other APAC language is a plus

Job Objectives

l The Planning & Management team sits within the Retail & Channels ‘Partner, Transform & Operate’ function in Group Technology & Operations (GTO).

l We provide a range of services to ensure the function performs optimally and effectively, and in alignment with the priorities and strategic goals.

l Working with senior leaders in the function and key partners in the supporting functions, the Planning & Management team aims to drive efficiency & effectiveness across the function, quality execution of portfolio management activities, and structure & align processes regionally.

Key Responsibilities

l Partner with GTO Retail & Channels T&O (GRCTO) teams to identify the pipeline of new initiatives and project notations

l Organize and track the pipeline, capturing data on readiness for approval and other relevant data

l Ensure there is an aligned pipeline view across GRCTO and GTO COO Office

l Maintain and update GRCTO projects approval data and dashboard

l Partner with GTO COO Office and Delivery Teams to organize and track in-flight projects

l Prepare the weekly Management dashboard for projects – Pipeline, In-Flight Projects and Projects Target Delivery view

l Prepare the agenda and partner GRCTO teams for content for the weekly Pipeline Deck Review cadence

l Organize the provision of the current pipeline decks for review by the GRCTO leadership

l Support the Pipeline education & training needs for the GRCTO teams

l Understand the Projects Data Reconciliation (timesheets, investment amounts etc), Project Quality & Process Adherence checks/reports, and prepare the action dashboard for GRCTO teams

l Support special initiatives, management and governance forums & workshops that may arise

Qualifications and Skills Required

l Bachelor’s Degree, with demonstrated working experience in a similar role in Financial Services

l Solid organizational skills including a methodical approach to planning & process, attention to detail and accuracy

l Good sense of risk & issue management, and escalation management

l Able to produce structured and effective presentations

l Proficient in creating presentations using the Microsoft suite of software

l Able to handle multiple priorities, maintain standards and deliver with quality under tight timeframes & pressure

l Highly self-motivated, autonomous & pro-active, and a collaborator & team-player with flexibility to take on special initiatives that may arise

l Excellent written and verbal communication skills
