RESPONSIBILITIES

Singapore Art Museum (SAM) is seeking to fill the role of Head, Partnerships & Patronage, responsible for leading the Partnerships & Patronage department. As a self-motivated and results-driven professional, you will be tasked with managing a team of two employees and report to the Acting COO and CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement an annual fundraising and partnership strategy aligned with SAM's vision and goals.
• Identify potential new partners and establish relations with corporate organizations and benefactors to support SAM through corporate giving, in-kind sponsorship, individual giving and legacy schemes.
• Foster and maintain relationships with current donors to steward, retain and steer them to the next level of giving.
• Support and partner with Board Members on fundraising initiatives, cultivating external alliances to enhance philanthropic support.
• Support and follow-up on high-level strategic sponsorship pitches.
• Manage the current portfolio of SAM's donors, including donor servicing and preparation of update reports.
• Develop a calendar of hosting opportunities, generate and manage regular communication with actual or potential funders, partners and donors.
• Set up a membership programme to engage corporates, individuals, international visitors, expatriates and Singaporean visitors.
• Ensure that Policies and Best Practices regarding ethical gift acceptance are in place and reviewed regularly.
• Oversee and manage the team including providing guidance to team members on prospecting, pitching, developing strategy, stewardship and governance.
• Develop and execute the team's annual workplan and budget plan.
• Serve as the secretariat for the Development Committee.
• Execute ad hoc duties to further the goals of the team, where appropriate.

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is required.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in fundraising, philanthropy, grant management, business development, corporate social responsibility, donor/stakeholder management, or related field.
• Good understanding of the museum industry, museum administration and programming needs, as well as knowledge of protocol matters.
• Ability to develop strategies, budgets, negotiate, work in a team, and to work under deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with proficiency in engaging diverse audiences.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet firm deadlines under pressure.
• A proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• A team player who is positive, collaborative, resourceful and enjoys working with colleagues across departments.
• Prior experience managing a small team is preferred.

Objectives of this position:

The objective of the position is to manage the extract/transform/load processes ensuring the data availability.

Responsibilities:

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:

•Design, create, modify extract/transform/load (ETL) pipelines in Azure Data Fac-tory ensuring efficient data flow from source to destination.

•Ensure data accuracy and data integrity throughout the ETL processes via data validation, cleansing, deduplication, and error handling to ensure reliable and us-able data being ingested.

•Monitor the ETL processes and optimize ETL pipelines for speed and efficiency, addressing bottlenecks, and ensuring the ETL system can handle the volume, ve-locity, and variety of data.

•Participate in data modeling, designing of the data structures and schema in the data warehouse to optimize query performance and align with business needs.

•Work closely with different departments and IT team to under-stand data requirements and deliver the data infrastructure that supports business goals.

•Provide technical support for ETL systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the continuous availability and reliability of data flows.

•Ensure proper documentation of data sources, ETL processes and data architecture.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of data engineering in Snowflake

3 to 5 years in upstream / downstream Retail industry and/or Supply Chain / Manufacturing domain

Sound Understanding of data quality principles and data governance best practices

Proficiency in data analytics languages like Python, Java, Scala, etc.

Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark and distributed computing frameworks to manage large scale data processing.

Proficient in using version control systems like Git for managing code and configurations.

SnowPro Core Certification and SnowPro Advanced Certification will be advantage

Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Prepare and process quotes, and other sales-related paperwork. (Airfreight /

Seafreight / Logistic / CBT).

• Preparing reports on a weekly/or monthly basis.

• Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Airfreight / Seafreight /

Logistic / CBT).

• Coordinate with internal teams such as outdoor sales, operation, finance, and

customer service.

• Work alongside with outdoor sales with generating new business and maintaining

existing customer relationships.

Job Scope:

• Monitor and oversee daily accounting transactions and activities

• Close accounts book on time and accurate

• Prepare monthly financial management reports with analysis and analyse variance

• Prepare cashflow forecast, manage actual cashflow and analyse variances

• Prepare accounting and audit schedules

• Any ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• With a relevant accounting qualification

• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity

• Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, good team player, mature and able to work independently

• Must be well versed in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and Power point

• Able to meet a tight deadline

• Location: Paya Lebar (Near Macpherson MRT)
• Monday - Friday: 9pm to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the accuracy of the general ledger through timely posting of journal entries, including accruals and adjustments.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring prompt payments, reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
• Manage the fixed assets register, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate reporting.
• Update and manage leave forms.
• Distribute monthly Statements of Account (SOA).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• About 2 to 3 years relevant experience

Skills requirement:

1. Strong programming skills in SQL/MySQL, XML, XSLT, HTML/CSS, Java, JavaScript, JSON, php, and Python.

2. Has experience working in accounting system with basic accounting concept

Qualification:
