• Behave as subject matter expert for Audi brand, history, products, services and technologies while collaborating with other job roles to achieve company sales and satisfaction targets
• Optimize the sales funnel and consistently update all customer data in our CRM to ensure all active digital and physical engagement are aligned across the team
• Be in control of the well-being and hospitality of all Audi Experience Centre visitors and include the emotional elements to create brand excitement and build trust within the Customer Centric team
• Perform assignment allocation with guidance and supervision of the experts in the customer centric retail team
• Implement task monitoring mechanism that allows immediate follow up on all outstanding matters promptly with the team
• Deliver performance monitoring and reporting for the management

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3-5 years of working experience preferably in the Automotive/ Luxury Retail / Tech Sales/ Hospitality and Aviation Service
• A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication skills, customer oriented with passion and motivation for sales
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Goals oriented and flexible to change
• Proficient in MS office and ability to learn other systems for daily operations
• Required to perform shift work including weekends and Public Holidays

The Job

As a photojournalist, you will capture newsworthy events and people thorough the lens to make news reports more interesting. You must know how to take impressive photos and be familiar with the capabilities of your camera equipment. You must pay attention to current affairs and be sensitive to fashion trends. The ability to analyze human nature and make news protagonists at ease is desired.

In addition to having a sense of news and mastering technology, the work of a photojournalist also requires good physical strength and the ability to work under high pressure.

Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our vibrant Insurance Team as Insurance Executives. Your primary responsibility is to support the department in driving and growing the company’s new and existing insurance products. You will liaise with customers and insurance providers ensuring we obtain the best deals for our customer's Employee Benefit / Motor / Travel / Maid / Insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on insurance quotations, policy processing, and all other insurance matters.
• Understand the client's insurance needs and provide proper advice.
• Follow up with existing clients for policy renewals.
• Negotiate with general insurers for the best possible coverage and premium.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and customers.
• Provide regular concise reporting on performance and competitors.
• Generate quotations from insurers and underwriters.
• Preparation of reports for meetings.
• Handle general administrative and ensure proper documentation, records, and filing.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in any industry and or Sales experience.
• Knowledge of Excel / Word
• Have attention to detail and positive attitude with good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Business Studies or similar
• Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) will be an added advantage

a) install, configure, upgrade, and maintain PeopleSoft components such as WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and middleware running on Windows infrastructure;

b) perform PeopleSoft bundle patch and PeopleTools upgrade;

c) monitor the PeopleSoft system for performance issues, resource utilization, and system health;

d) support, bug fixes, addressing vulnerability issues/fixes of existing systems;

e) troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the PeopleSoft environment which include networks, software, hardware, and operating systems;

f) develop and implement backup and recovery strategies for PeopleSoft databases and applications;

g) maintain documentation related to the PeopleSoft environment, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guide and keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or enhancements;

h) work closely with application developers to understand and address their requirements;

i) Implement scripting for routine maintenance, monitoring, and reporting;

j) provide monthly work progress report records.

REQUIREMENTS

a) A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or relevant certification courses;

b) At least 3 years’ experience in PeopleSoft Administration;

c) Strong technical and analytical skills, meticulous and organized;

d) Experience in Microsoft SQL database and Azure Cloud would have an added advantage;

e) Good knowledge and experience in managing Windows operating systems would have an added advantage;

f) Good knowledge in PowerShell script;

g) Good interpersonal, written, oral communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment;

h) A positive work attitude;
