• Attend to patient's enquiries
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Assist the doctors in performing procedures
• Coordinate with external parties in the management of patients

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Nursing
• Fully registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Possess good customer service skills
• Is a good team player

All food and beverage services such as serving food and beverage, taking orders, Barista, Bartender and cashiering. · Duties/Responsibilities:

1. To support our existing MCST customers for added security equipment to their existing system.

2. Prospecting to our existing MCST customers for upgrading their estate’s existing security system including but not limited to intercom door entry system, access control, surveillance system, etc.

3. To promote and introduce our Community Mobile Application combined with the latest security system to the condo estate.

4. Build and maintain good customer relationships with condo managing agents.

5. Prepare and manage sales presentations and system demos to MCST condo managing agents and council members.

6. Prepare and follow up on tenders and quotations.

7. Build and maintain good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.

8. Oversees the project with the Project Department during the implementation stage.

9. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

· Skills, Experience and Competencies

· Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/IT Technology.

· 2 years of working experience in the security field is preferred (CCTV/Intercom/Access Control). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· IT & Network Knowledge preferred

· Experienced in MCST sales and familiar with mobile application sales

· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office applications.

· Customer service oriented.

· Self-motivated, passionate, and responsible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and optimize our ecommerce presence on various marketplaces, including Lazada, Shopee, Amazon & our Shopify website.
• Create and maintain product listings, ensuring that they are accurate, compelling, and optimized for search and conversion.
• Monitor and analyse sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage customer relationships, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that inventory levels, pricing, and promotions are aligned with company goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce marketplace management.
• Executing customer order fulfilment and perform daily operation duties in Shop.
• Facilitate in Shop operations - basic housekeeping, merchandising, stock ordering, at efficient performance level.
• Providing excellent service to walk-in customers.
• Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong knowledge of ecommerce marketplace, especially Lazada and Shopee.
• Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and tools, such as Seller Central, Shopify, Canva, etc.
• Excellent customer service communication and interpersonal skills.
