Senior Cook Job description

The Senior cook will prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer. Previous experience in a team environment and various cooking methods preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & design the work plan for assigned IT projects, user requirement gathering, impact and gap analyst, manage their development and delivery
• Manage and reconcile conflicting demands and expectations while trying to meet agreed timelines
• Design and provide solution to business requirement, complete the function and flow optimizing of application and solve performance problems in complex locations
