• Assist tender manager to manage tender processes and project development phase, work with key stakeholders (internal and external) to establish technical capabilities, cost model, legal compliance and secure the contract.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Business Development
• Three (3) to five (5) years experience in business development in environmental sector, power sector, oil and gas sector, preferably in water sector and/or waste to energy sector
• Proven track record in environmental projects in water sector and waste to energy sector
• Good local customer networks in environmental industry, especially water sector and waste to energy sector
• Good project development skills to manage a project from lead generation until end of project tender
• Technical skills required to understand and propose solutions focusing on client requirements
• Familiar with local environmental codes, regulations and permitting requirements
• Well versed in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, and interpersonal skills
• Must be proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Chinese customers

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Calculate additional charges, such as shipping costs, to include in the invoices
• Ensure every invoice sent out is accurate

Key Responsibilities

• IT laboratories management: Lead and perform maintenance and upgrading (when necessary) of department’s IT assets (approximately 100 computers and 10 commercial applications).

We are seeking a Research Fellow to contribute to a project focused on structure- and function-based therapeutic development against infectious diseases, including flavivirus and coronavirus. The research fellow will be involved in experiments that will pinpoint novel antiviral inhibitors, structural characterization on the inhibitor/target interaction and other mechanistic studies using biophysical and biochemical approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Protein production and purification using affinity chromatography and AKTA FPLC system.
• Perform biophysical studies including BLI, ITC, etc. to study protein ligand interaction.
• Conduct structural studies on proteins using techniques such as EM, X-ray or NMR.

• Carry out functional studies using mammalian cell-based systems.

Job Requirements

• PhD in biophysics.
