Job Scope

Driving Services:

• Drive the Managing Director to and from designated locations.
• Ad-hoc driving duties as required.

Operations:

• Assist to oversee pest control, waste disposal, horticulture, and cleaning services.
• Ensure contractor work compliance, attendance, and timely payment processing.
• Assist to coordinate and maintain records for fuel management system.
• Assist to manage the company's bus schedule, and bus condition.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Contractor Safety:

• Act as a meeting coordinator for safety-related discussions.
• Monitor service contractor working hours, pass renewals, and conduct safety audits.
• Facilitate contractor training sessions.

Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) Activities:

• Participate in BBS activities.
• Assist in preparing and supporting Shutdown Maintenance activities, including coordination, field control, logistics, BBS initiatives and contribute to the PCS Employee Participation Scheme (PEPS).

Requirements

• Valid Class 3 driver's license with a clean driving record for minimum 5 years.
• Higher NITEC and/or equivalent experience, preferably in Facilities Management.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

To maintain the operational capability of the incineration plant such as performing scheduled maintenance such as preventive and predictive programs of the plant equipment and machinery. Performing daily inspection on equipment to look out for anomalies and having good documentation on various records and reports for the maintenance operation. Candidate shall be equipped with the ability to understand system schematics and drawings.

Maintenance

· Ensure the plant day-to-day operation is functional at its optimum level.

· Assist the Engineer and lead a team of skilled worker in the maintenance and expeditious repair of the plant’s mechanical equipment

· Performing scheduled maintenance such as preventive and predictive programs of the plant equipment and machinery

· Perform daily inspection on equipment.

· Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and execute the required rectification process. ]

· Take part in plant overhaul activities.

· Ensure close coordination with various parties for maintenance activities.

· To ensure that equipment maintenance & service procedures and programs are effectively implemented consistent with sound engineering practices.

· Ability to understand system schematics and drawings.

· Assist the engineer in any other duties as required.

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical

· Minimum 8 years’ experience in Waste to Energy Plant

· Boiler Attendant / Steam Engineer Certification will be a plus

· Medically fit.

· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Able to work 5.5 days a week and if required, including public holidays and weekends.

· Shift work is not required.

· Team player that is proactive and able to work under pressure.

· Maintaining a positive outlook in the event of adverse condition.

· Process Plant WSH Supervisor Certificate and above.

· Confined Space Supervisor and above.

· Work At Height Supervisor and above.

Ensure safe, smooth and uninterruptable plant operations.

Plant Operation

Support plant goals and objectives to achieve overall site KPI’s.

・Comply safety guidelines, SOP, policies and standards.

・Intergrade safety to all part of work and provide safety suggestions and improvements.

・Timely inform all unsafe activities, environmental release etc.

・Support shift activities includes but not limited to operation, frontline maintenance, plant start-up & shutdown and any other ad-hoc and urgent calls.

・Monitor and Operate Incinerators, boilers, turbine/generators and auxiliary systems includes but not limited to feed water treatment plant (Demin), compressed air system, fuel oil system, NH3 System, potable, rain and waste water systems etc.

・Perform shift logging and ensure equipment’s are operating within safe operating limits.

・Inform plant safety and other abnormal events timely.

・Involve in equipment/system isolation & normalization as part of plant activities.

・Respond to CCR alarms and perform frontline troubleshooting. Unresolved items raise maintenance notifications.

・Perform water sampling and ensure chemical injection system functionality as intended.

・Receive operation related chemicals, Lime, Fuel oil, NH3 etc.

・To assist operation & maintenance engineer in fulfilling their responsibilities.

・Carry out plant improvement activities.

・Maintain proper housekeeping as well as tidiness of work areas.

・To carry out any other duties as assigned by O&M Team.

・Oversee and handle maintenance activities as assigned during overhaul.

・Oversee and supervise external contractors.

Plant Optimization

· Identify safety improvement and implement energy & water saving initiatives.

· Assist maintenance team during maintenance.

· Monitor and keep track of utilities consumptions and generate reports as and when required

· Involve in Facilitate project works as well as plant improvement activities.

· Suggest and execute plant improvements initiatives.

Requirements
