Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor and control project progress to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop project specifications
• Coordinate project activities, including design, procurement, manufacturing, and testing
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate project concepts

• Assist head chef with food prep tasks like chopping, peeling, and marinating.
• Help with cooking simple dishes under the supervision of our head chef.
• Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
• Carry out kitchen inventory checks, and report shortages to the management.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Any other matters required by the head chef and management.
