The Executive, HR supports the full spectrum of HR operational duties. He/she anticipates and supports the HOD in formulating and implementing of strategic human resource policy and programs. He/she also covers some office administration in an efficient manner

Key Tasks:

• Documentation and Policy
  - Update and implement HR Policies, Procedures, Employee hand book in alignment with local legislation and compliance
• Compensation & Benefits
  
  - Assist in formulating salary, compensation and benefits plan by collecting and preparing data for market analysis, benchmarking, surveys.
• Learning & Development
  
  - Identify individual’s gaps in knowledge and skills
  - Identify individual learning needs and develop training plan in consultation with HODs
• Performance and Rewards
  
  - Establish a transparent and fair reward system to encourage better performance
  - Manage and coordinate the yearly performance management process
  - Maintain Employee Handbook to ensure its continued relevance in market place competitiveness and within Company costs
• Payroll
  
  - Serve as a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders on all payroll inquiry
  - Process Monthly Employee Payroll
• Perform other work duties as directed by the HOD

Requirements:

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, human resource management or in a related field is preferred

Knowledge / Experience / Others

• Experience with creating and implementing of new system procedures
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR function
• Conversant with local legislation on employment/MOM matters
• Able to work meticulously and independently
• Good verbal and written communication skills and inter-personal skills, able to interact with all levels of staff of different nationalities
• Competent with general PC and Office software application

Job Summary

The Training Executive will be responsible for organizing and conducting various training programs including orientations and on-the-job training for employees. The executive will also provide support to operational management in areas related to Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety.

Job Responsibility

• Liaise with HQ on corporate training courses, training matters and updating of training matrix
• Arrange monthly training schedule and co-ordinate with managers on the participant attendance
• Conduct orientation programmes, On-the-Job training and internal audits for new hires
• Conduct classroom and assessment for in-house trainings including annual refresher training
• Prepare material and powerpoint slides for bi-monthly toolbox briefing
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of training records in system and files
• Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly training or ad-hoc reports
• Undertake any duties/projects as assigned by the Superior

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, and those with relevant trainer certificate such ACTA/ACLP certification will be an added advantage
• Experience in training administration
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff from different levels
• Ability to work on weekends and shifts when required

Key responsibilities

· Handling incoming call, email & WhatsApp messages related to PO and delivery.

· Work closely with Sales person to monitor Customer's sales (be alert if no order from customer or sudden surge in orders).

· Process orders, plan and arrange for delivery

· Update and monitor Reseller’s sales vs target sales incentive for Sales team follow-up action.

· Upload data for Inquiry Order on a daily basis to ensure that the report are updated

· Email Internal request for creation of new price list for customers

· Email customer complaint report to respective personnel for further action

· Provide support to customers related to orders and deliveries.

· Work closely, liaise and communicate effectively with Malaysia Team daily on daily deliveries.

· Provide administrative support to Sales Team related customer order, pricing and deliveries.

· Build and maintain good relationships with customers

· Other ad-hoc relevant duties as and when required

Daily order processing

· Check customer order, make sure quantity order by customer is in full load / in full pallet and check the stocks availability as well

· Loose order or quantity less than full load - waiver of packing cost/ underload charges, must get approval

· Check PO price vs quotation. Check with sales team if price not tally with quotation

· Prepare DO for delivery and Self-Collection (when required)

· Email to Sales team for order exceeded credit limit or credit term, Sales Team to advise payment status and get approval from Finance.

Complaints /Compensate/Exchange /Sample/Goods Returned

· Check and email forms to respective personnels for approval.

· Email to warehouse team for logistics arrangement once approved

•Diploma holders in sales and marketing, business administration or equivalent.

•Excellence communication skills in both spoken and written English & Mandarin language (to deal with Chinese speaking customers)

• Order Management and Coordination:

· Oversee and process client orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.

· Track the progress of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Issue Resolution:

· Handle client complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.

· Proactively identify potential problems and take measures to prevent them from affecting the customer experience.

• Client Feedback and Reporting:

· Collect and communicate client feedback to relevant internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

· Prepare regular reports on account activities, client satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaboration and Cross-Department Communication:

· Partner closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure alignment on client strategies.

· Work with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics, product development) to address client-related issues.

Requirement

• Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related field (2+ years).
• Experience working with key accounts or in a B2B environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
