•Organise internal meetings with different stakeholders, eg. Accounts, entomologists, technicians etc. to resolve client issues
•Work closely with the Service Team to ensure the rollout of specific marketing plans

• Liaise with operation staff on daily accounting and administrative issues
• Follow up on AR collections
• Handle bank reconciliations, monitor cashflow and prepare cash flow forecasts

• Resolve any system/operational issues

Requisites

Job Description

• Prepare full set of accounts for clients based on all accounting documents, reports and statements provided by clients
• Prepare quarterly GST returns for clients
• Prepare financial statement for annual personal income tax for clients
• Collaborate with the secretarial and audit staff.
• Answer customer questions about accounting matters.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Manage and update the accounting database.
• Prepare secretarial records such as incorporation of companies, annual returns and other secretarial matters.
