Human Resource Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll regularly
• To ensure compliance of Employment Act and taxation policy.
• Handle all administrative duties relating to HR matters and claims.
• Manage work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation etc.
• Responsible for application, renewal and maintaining licensing with various government bodies
• Assist in submission of CPF contributions, IR21, IR8A, levy claim applications, government surveys and other statutory submissions.

· Prepare consolidation and entity level management report for monthly, quarterly, and yearly group reporting

• Responsible for monthly CPF contributions, tax clearance/ annual tax filing by working closely with Accountant during annual audit process.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system

· Quarterly GST submission and assist in preparation of annually corporate tax submission

· Long and short-term cash flow projection and monitoring

• Prepare invoicing, debit and credit notes, payments, issuance of cheques/ TT and e-filing duties, bank reconciliation, cashflow statements.

· Prepare letters and emails to remind customers of due payments

· Expenditure variance analysis and monitoring

· Liaison with external auditors pertaining to statutory audit

· Liaison with tax agent on company taxation matters

· Liaise with company secretary, bankers, local authorities, and other relevant parties pertaining to finance and account related matters

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration or related field

QA & QC Executive

We are looking for a QA & QC Executive to join our R&Ddepartment. You will gain broad experience and will be able to work in a fun fast-paced environment with a broad scope to develop.

This position will report directly to the Food Technologist.

This position will be instrumental in driving & ensuring excellence in production, QA processes & product innovation.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in production planning and support in R&D projects/ ingredient preparation

· Conduct daily inspections on raw materials, production lines, equipment and facilities

· Coordinate and liaise with external parties

· Ensure product is in accordance to regulation & standard, compliance with legislation & certification

· Conduct shelf-life studies, production process & troubleshooting issues by providing technical solution support

· Implement, monitor and update food safety ISO22000 & quality assurance program in production kitchen

· Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

· Degree or diploma in food science, food technology or equivalent

· Excellent multitasking skills & able to work under pressure

· Great interpersonal and communication skills

· Knowledge in HACCP, ISO22000 & GMP requirement will be an advantage

Working hour

Logistics Executive

Responsibilities

¨ Responsible for coordinating import and export shipment operations matters. Ensuring all related transactions are updated.

¨ Manage and coordinate with suppliers, internal or external customers on the daily operational activity and provide support on logistics queries.

¨ Support the maintenance of the warehouse.

¨ Ensuring all goods are properly packed and safe for shipment.

¨ Provide support to the Procurement Engineer to check and prepare materials and liaise with the factory for the collection.

¨ Support PO# processing and email out PO# to Suppliers.

¨ Provide support to incoming materials receipt and stock in.

¨ Perform physical count of inventory on ½ yearly basis.

Manage Regional Service Parts inventory and ordering activities.

Develop appropriate purchase plans of service parts for new product releases and establish initial inventory to support new product releases.

Maintain service parts inventory at appropriate levels. Prepare regular reports for management review of inventory levels and movements.

Purchase and stock planning for all products for the purpose of generating monthly targeted sales and maintain adequate Parts stock level.

Manage service parts order processing activities; place regular purchase orders with various suppliers (Mainly Head Quarters).

Coordinate with Suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and monitor future developments that may affect availability and delivery.

Prepare analysis of alternative courses of action to optimize parts supply plan and initiate action necessary to correct unforeseen stock shortages. Contact suppliers to rectify any problems.

Coordinate with warehousing staff and suppliers, internal and external to Canon, to monitor delivery and Product Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management (QEHS).

Support/ Assist for Project basis activities for After-Sales Marketing/ Spare Parts Marketing such as Parts Inventory Optimization, Parts Channel Business Management, using Statistic & Marketing knowledge.

Plan & implement Regional Service Parts Marketing Action Plans, Parts planning projects and provide input on process improvements.

1) Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

2) Min. 5 years of working experience in the same field.

3) Possesses good knowledge of data analysis skills and proficient in MS excel would be preferred.

4) Well spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills.
