• Ensure all leaves are updated promptly and correctly

Payroll Processing

• Assist in preparation of monthly payroll
• Processing and timely submission of Form IR21, NS make-up claims and all the government paid leave claims

Welfare

• Involved in the planning and execution of company events and team-bonding activities and supporting HR initiatives
• Provide expatriate support eg. accommodation arrangement, orientation, salary, income tax, repatriation, etc

Administration

• Provide support to Admin
• Any other adhoc HR/Admin duties as assigned

Job Description:

• Checking daily incoming payments and identifying failed collections
• Call and follow up with Hirers that are in default
• Issuance of 4th/5th schedules to Hirers
• Arranging for repossession of vehicles
• Arrange for tender auctions of vehicles
• Liase with lawyers for litigation and following up with the company's solicitors in enforcing legal action against debtors
• Handling customers' enquiries on repossessed vehicles and redemption cases.
• Handling disposal of repossessed vehicles.
• Handling the recovery of shortfall after the disposal of vehicles from tender sales.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of credit control experience will be advantageous
• Organized, meticulous and systematic
• Able to communicate well at all levels
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills and good command of written and
• spoken English and Chinese (to handle queries from Chinese speaking clients)

• Alternate Saurdays- 0845am- 1245pm

THE JOB:

• Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes for transport delivery/collection
• Collaborate with internal team and external parties to ensure that all transport operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities
• Good thinking skill to analyze a situation and determine the best course of action for transport arrangement, smooth operation and optimize the storage and distribution of equipment
• Negotiate with external transporters and determining the most cost-effective way to transport equipment from one location to another

• Responsible for sourcing accommodation, negotiate with landlords, hotels, agents, dormitory service providers etc
• Coordinate with moving and accommodation of foreign employees
• To oversee the operations, maintenance and cleanliness of the premises properties
• Liaise external vendors for repair and maintenance etc
• Ensure the compliance with environment, safety and health regulatory requirements
• Liaise with other service providers, internal and external stakeholders to ensure the standard of premises remains high at all times and others daily essential operations and upkeep the compliance

• Prepare apartments check-in and check-out forms
• Responsible to conduct sites audit on workers accommodation
• Prepare reports, summaries on workers accommodation
• Liaise with Operations & HR on workers accommodation updates
• Prepare monthly cost summary and reports for Finance Department
• Assist and support HR administration

• GCE "O" "N" Level / Higher NITEC / Diploma /Degree

Responsibilities:

• Directly supports the Level Manager and Visiting Directors and generally supports an entire department.
• Coordinates all aspects of executive-level manager appointments, meetings, receptions, and conference calls
• Coordinates travel arrangements; prepares and distributes schedules/agendas for travel, and tracks expense reports
