We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Marketing Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in crafting and delivering captivating content to enhance our company's image, brand, and connection with customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Content Development

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email, marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and initiatives. Assist with logistics matters of events and campaigns.

Digital Marketing

• Design content strategies to effectively reach our target audience and marketing goals
• Manage and update company website and social media platforms with fresh and relevant content.
• Ensure that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented
• Content Calendar Management
• Distribution of content across social media platforms and email channels to enhance brand visibility and actively engage our audience.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms.

Collaboration

• Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and campaigns.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to maximize marketing impact.

Reporting and Analytics

• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Literature, or related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within agencies.
• Portfolio showcasing published work.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated expertise in writing, editing, and proofreading marketing and communications materials.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting tasks, including A/R, A/P, and revenue recognition for specific products.
• Assist with timely month-end closing and review manual adjustments.
• Approve payment workflows and prepare disbursement slips.
• Prepare monthly analysis reports for assigned products/sections.
• Prepare quarterly consolidation package and supporting documents.
• Assist in internal and external audits and prepare FS notes.
• Prepare tax calculations and assist with tax-related queries.
• Handle tax matters such as transfer pricing, withholding tax, and Global Trader Programme.
• Provide support for team duties and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirement:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with mini 1-2 years working experience
• SB-FRS and Corporate Tax (Not Mandatory)
