Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Import/Export Administrative Staff to manage the documentation processes involved in our fishery product import and export operations.

This role demands a good understanding of import/export procedures, exceptional organizational skills.

This role may require occasional flexibility in working hours to accommodate interactions with stakeholders in different time zone (Europe).

The candidate should be willing to adjust their schedule as needed to ensure effective communication and collaboration across different time zones and during the peak season, the staff may be required to work in Taiwan (HQ) for 2-3 months.

Key Responsibilities

1. Import/Expert Documentation Management:

• Issuance and management of import/export documentation, including delivery orders, insurance documents, invoices, certificates of origin, and health certifications etc. Ensure all paperwork complies with stringent regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Title: Front Office Executive ($2200 to $2500)

Job Purpose:

The Front Office Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to hotel guests by managing check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries.
