RESPONSIBILITIES

BW Group is seeking an SOX Executive to join our SOX Team with the responsibility to design and implement SOX controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") regulations. Your primary focus will be on understanding end-to-end business processes and controls, including identifying control design gaps and testing operating effectiveness of controls. Responsibilities:

As a Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the schedules and resources of our deployment team.

This position requires strong coordination and administrative skills, the ability to thrive under tight deadlines, and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide shared support to Sales & Operations team
• Handle customer’s enquiries via phone call and emails in his/her assigned territory
• Manage administrative tasks such as preparing of quotations, invoices, pick list, reports, and other documentations.
• Effectively schedule and follow up on customer work orders for automatic doors breakdown, installation, and/or preventive maintenance until closure for Service Engineers, ensuring smooth field support operations.
• Liaise and coordinate with Warehouse to facilitate materials and equipment to meet delivery KPI (Key performance indicators).
• Monitor and follow up customer payments, including outstanding collection, if any.
• Assist in back up of tasks when respective team member is out of office
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor or head of department from time to time.

• Good communication and coordination skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers effectively.
• Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Office such as MS Excel (e.g VLOOKUP and Pivot Table).

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in business adminstration/engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive at Cogent Holdings Pte Ltd. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement across multiple channels.

Content Strategy & Creation:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand integrity across the organization.

· Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, events, and campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to effectively promote the company's brand and services

· Manage the company’s digital presence across social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns. Use of Adobe illustrator, Canva, and other applications.

· To enhance brand awareness, positioning, and perception.

· Stay current on digital marketing trends and tools to optimize online performance, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and social media engagement.

· Assist in planning, monitoring / managing campaign budgets, agencies, and vendors to ensure cost effectiveness and achievement of campaign/event deliverables.

Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably 1 year in a senior or leadership role.
• Experience in managing digital marketing, content strategy, and social media platforms
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
• High proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing).
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily sales activities, including cold calling, scheduling client appointments, preparing presentation materials and proposals, and presenting to potential customers.
• Develop and execute strategies by analyzing current market trends and needs.
• Generate new leads and secure new sales opportunities to boost sales revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with partners and cross-departmental teams to provide pricing details and technical support to customers.
• Ensure accuracy in sales reports for record-keeping and management reporting.
• Perform pre-ITQ and RFQ groundwork duties, including tender/bidding and negotiation to close deals.
• Maintain strong support and relationships with existing and new customers, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends by attending product training sessions and keeping up with the latest developments.

Requirements:

• Prefer minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Business-to-Business sales or in Business development role (IT field will be an advantage).
• Diploma / Degree holder in related field (Sales or Information Technology).
• IT Product Knowledge. Knowledge or experience in HP / Lenovo SMB sales or IT solutions and consultancy will be an added advantage.
• Proven good sales track record in related fields.
• Excellent communicator with good presentation skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Market the programme to SMEs, institutions of higher learning, students and external partners through telemarketing and events including career fairs, talks, field trips, etc.
• Handle inquiries on programme from external parties
• Evaluate applications based on the programme criteria
• Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates and facilitate matching between applicants and participating companies
• Follow-up and monitor the status of applicants, study award matches and grant funding through working closely with participating companies
• Provide day-to-day administrative support which includes collation of information, processing applications, maintenance of applicants’ database and records, generating reports, preparation of documents and filling, etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

• Preferably a Diploma holder with at least 1-2 years of working experience. (Fresh Graduates may apply)
