What you’ll do

Participate as part of the Global team and report to the Regional IT PMO Lead.

Responsible for ensuring the successful execution of IT Projects across APAC region by coordinating with local business stakeholders, global IT Team, vendors and other regional IT Resources.

Specific Activities will include, but not limited to the following

• Managing IT projects following the IT Project management process from Toll gate 0 (Proposed) to Toll gate 7 (Closed)
• Prepare Dashboard for toll gate review meeting with Global IT PMO Leads.
• Drive IT Project Execution for APAC byLeading weekly status calls for key stakeholders and project team
  Updating Project status, schedule, risks & issues log in Aha system
  Discovering Risks/Issues and escalating to Regional IT PMO Lead / Senior IT Directors.
  Work with various stakeholders to mitigate Risks and resolve Issues
  
• Ability to align interests of various stakeholders who have different agenda and priorities
• Work with sourcing team and 3rd Party Vendors to track and manage purchase orders
• Work with Global IT Team to coordinate change management process to application / Infrastructure for any APAC project cutover
• Coordinate with other Global IT or Regional IT Teams as necessary for projects that are impacted by or have dependencies with other IT Projects
• Ensure successful Hyper Care after project Cutover

Who you are

• IT related degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Multi-National companies
• Strong Project Management Experience in the area of Web/eCommerce application migrations
• Hands on Experience in completing at least 1 Full SDLC project delivery
• Highly Skilled and Knowledgeable in Project Management Fundamentals
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Ability to work independently; highlight issues proactively and report progress regularly
• General Technical knowledge in infrastructure such as client technologies and networking
• Good written and verbal communication skills including presentation at all levels
