Bookkeepers and accountants sometimes do the same work, but have a different skill set. In general, a bookkeeper's role is to record transactions and keep you financially organized, while accountants provide consultation, analysis, and are more qualified to advise on tax matters

Descriptions:

• Plan and supervise all maintenance services, schedules and improvement works
• Ensure the team and external contractors/vendors comply with ISO standards and regulations
• Coordinate and direct all administration of M&E works by liaising closely with consultants and client
• Monitor building’s system breakdown, defects and shutdowns
• Conduct and inspection to ensure property is well maintained

• Carry out internal inspection weekly. This shall form part of the Key Performance Indicators
• Direct and co-ordinate all other matters including monitoring of progress, installation and testing of equipment, technical personnel training, logistic support, documentation preparation and operation start-up.
• Manage budgets for each facility in the zone, allocating resources effectively to meet maintenance and improvement needs
• Assist in the execution of work order and follow up with the service reports when the works are completed and submit the service report for record
• Coordinate with external service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure service delivery meets quality standards and contractual obligations
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, identify repair needs, and ensure timely resolution of facility issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing measures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment
• Implement eco-friendly and sustainable practices, working towards energy efficiency and waste reduction goals
• Oversee facility improvement and renovation projects from conception to completion, collaborating with internal teams and external contractors
• Ensure that all his technical team and direct contractor appointed or Contractor’s subcontractors follow Client’s QEHS ISO requirements and Statutory Requirements

Requirements:

· Degree holder in Architecture or Engineering or Real Estate or Building/Facilities Management or equivalent with 7 years of relevant working experience; OR

· Diploma holder in Architecture or Engineering or Real Estate or Building/Facilities Management or equivalent with 10 years of relevant working experience.

Design Engineering (AUTOCAD drawing & design). Hydraulic calculations through software. Discussions with overseas clients, consultants, Class for the approval of drawings and technical documents.

To attend FAT with Class and Clients for Fire Fighting Projects both local and overseas.

Liasing with Vendors for the selection of materials technically acceptable for diffrent Fire Fighting projects for both Land and Marine/ FPSO.

Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day of factory operations, which includes overseeing production crew of 4 members and driver, at times standing-in to guide and lead by example.

2. Handle and manage operational request from new customers (including project management of food kiosks logistics and manpower)

3. Business development activities such as involvement in new company initiatives and revenue growth strategy.

Skills & Competencies:

1.To learn how to focus on the operational aspect for the growth and business development of the company.

Position Summary:

The Staff Engineer will drive project execution, product changes, compliance and process improvements associated within the on-market portfolio. The Staff Engineer will have the opportunity to lead and drive new product introduction for NPI project/ program. Both roles will work with members from various functions (Product Marketing, Platform Management Teams, Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Customer Support etc.) to improve manufacturability, quality and customer satisfaction for on-market products. Position Responsibilities:

• Full ownership and accountability for the assigned on-market platforms. Support Platform Management Teams (PMTs) on associated projects and investigations.
• Full ownership and accountability for the assigned NPI project/ program.
• In NPI project/ program, represent Instrument Operations, Singapore to support NPI core team to deliver successful new product launch.
• Lead Product Development Process (PDP) process within Instrument Operations by early involvement in NPI with Product Development team to transfer technology and knowledge into operations.
