Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:

* Assist and support accounts department in daily administrative work(s) and documentation

* Basic bookkeeping preparation

* Performing data entry and managing general ledger postings

* Aid in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing processes for accurate financial reporting

* Conduct monthly bank reconciliations

* Assist accounts department during internal and external audits

Job Requirements:

* At least a Diploma in Accounting or relevant qualification

* 1 year of working experience preferred

• Record invoices and claims accurately in ERP.
• Check and process invoices in Coupa system.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers, teams.
• Follow up on unpaid expenses and accruals.
• Process payments: vouchers, cheques, online payments.
